- This document contains the deed of sale in 12 March 1964, between a jew merchant of Aden and the last buyer (Mohamed Ebrahim Noman) who was an arab merchant of Crater, Aden.

- This document shows that after Yemen's north and south united in 1990. The goverment return the estate of the building to the heirs of Mohamed Ebrahim Noman.
Also it show that the building was rented to the French Cultural Center (For Arthur Rimbaud) for the period between 1992 until 1997, and it was inaugurated by both the ministers of culture of France and Yemen, also by the minsters of foreign affairs of both France and Yemen. But due to abstinence in the budget of France, France had to close 160 culture center around the world, and the French Cultural Center (For Arthur Rimbaud) was one of them.
